Zoe Simmons

Zoe is a passionate Occupational Therapist with a strong focus on paediatrics and a commitment to neurodivergent affirming, trauma-informed care.

She supports children through face to face sessions that target emotional regulation, sensory integration and feeding challenges. She draws on a wide range of therapeutic frameworks and interventions.

Zoe is trained in the Sequential Oral Sensory (SOS) Approach to Feeding, DIR FloorTime and the Learn to Play program, and integrates approaches such as Zones of Regulation, Social Thinking and the interoception curriculum. She also brings experience in paediatric positional technology and animal assisted therapy.

Zoe’s work is grounded in evidence based practice and empathy. She aims to create a supportive, individualised therapy experience that builds on each child’s strengths, supports families and promotes long term wellbeing.
