Evolve Therapy Services is a Registered NDIS Provider
NDIS Occupational Therapist
Whether NDIS Participants are NDIA Managed, Plan Managed or Self Managed, we can provide NDIS services in our areas of Occupational Therapy.
If you need assistance with other NDIS providers and health professionals such as Speech Therapists, Psychologists or Physiotherapists, we can also link you with our trusted and registered partners who may be able to assist you with your NDIS journey.
NDIS Fees and Supports
Evolve Therapy Services’ fees are commensurate with the 2022/2023 NDIS Pricing Arrangements and are periodically reviewed against all professional body guidance. Please get in touch with us for our current supports and fees schedule.
Private Health and Self Paying Clients
We are also registered with all major health funds under HICAPS and accept payments via this platform. This means that depending on your individual personalised support circumstances, you may be eligible to claim back a part of session fees via our HICAPS terminal in the clinic. We recommend you get in touch with your health fund to discuss your NDIS plan.
Medicare, Rebates and Other Funding Plans
Rebates are available for Occupational Therapy services under Medicare. A General Practitioner, relevant health practitioner or support coordinator can refer funded sessions under an Enhanced Primary Care Plan and the Helping Children With Autism program. Please get in touch with your General Practitioner or local area coordinator for guidance surrounding this.
Hospital and Government Organisations
We also offer our full spectrum of Occupational Therapy services across the Perth area to the Insurance Commission of Western Australia, Department of Veterans’ Affairs public and private hospitals and state government organisations.

Is Occupational Therapy covered by the NDIS?
Occupational Therapy (OT) is covered by the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) if it is deemed necessary and reasonable support for the individual’s goals and objectives outlined in the NDIS plan. What is NDIS Occupational Therapy?
For children with disabilities, NDIS occupational therapy often focuses on improving their ability to participate in daily activities, such as self-care, play, and schoolwork. This may include interventions such as sensory integration therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and social skills training.
For adults with disabilities, NDIS occupational therapy may focus on enhancing their ability to perform daily activities, including self-care, work, and leisure activities. This may include interventions such as mobility aids, adaptive equipment, and home modifications to improve accessibility.
